Refund Policy

Please read this before you pay. We do not give refunds for the Scholarship Centre & Tracker.

1. No refunds

All payments for the Scholarship Centre & Tracker are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds of any kind, whether for a first payment, a later purchase or a renewal.

2. What this means

Once you pay, your access is set up for the period you paid for. If you stop using the Service, cancel, or do not use it fully, we cannot return any part of your payment.

3. Please be sure before you pay

Read what the Service includes and ask us any questions before you pay. You can contact us at info@profoundeducational.com and we will be happy to explain how it works.

4. Results are not promised

We cannot promise that you will win or be shortlisted for any scholarship, and scholarships can change their deadlines or rules or close. None of this changes our no-refund policy.

5. Payment problems

If you believe you were charged by mistake, email info@profoundeducational.com from the address on your account with the date and amount, and we will look into it.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the law that cannot be waived.
