Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Scholarship Centre & Tracker ("the Service"), provided by Profound Educational Services ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a paid online tool that helps students organise scholarship applications. It includes a tracker and board, a library of scholarships, weekly preparation tasks, guides, document and interview practice tools, a writing reviewer, reminders and a calendar file.

It is a planning and preparation aid. It is not a scholarship provider, a university, an admissions office or a legal or immigration adviser, and we do not submit applications for you.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the Service. Give accurate information and do not share your access with other people.

3. Payment and access

Access is paid for in advance, one month at a time, at the price shown when you buy. It is billed monthly through Selar until you cancel it, and you can cancel any time on Selar. When your paid period ends your account becomes read-only: you can still view and export what you saved, but you cannot make changes until you pay again.

After you pay, we switch your access on. This may take some time, and you can email us if it has not happened. Prices may change for future purchases.

4. No guarantee of results

Scholarships are competitive and decided entirely by the scholarship providers. We do not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed or awarded any scholarship, admission, visa or funding, and nothing in the Service is a promise of any outcome.

5. Information in the Service

Scholarship details, deadlines and eligibility are collected from public sources and can be wrong or out of date, because providers change them often. Always confirm every detail, including your eligibility and the deadline, on the scholarship's official website before you apply. You are responsible for your own applications and for meeting each provider's requirements.

Guides, weekly tasks, checklists and interview tips are general advice. Each scholarship has its own rules, and its instructions come first.

6. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence, such as the writing reviewer and automatic interview scoring. Their feedback and scores are generated automatically, can be mistaken, and are only a guide to help you improve. They are not an assessment by any real selection panel and do not predict results.

The writing reviewer gives feedback only. The words you submit to any scholarship must be your own, and you are responsible for following each scholarship's rules about originality and the use of AI.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you save in the Service, such as your tracker entries, notes and referee details. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.

Do not enter other people's details unless you are allowed to. When you add a referee's name, email or phone number, you are responsible for having a proper reason to do so.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. This includes sharing or reselling your access, trying to break or overload it, copying its library or content to publish or sell elsewhere, or using it for anything unlawful or dishonest, such as submitting false documents.

9. Reminders and emails

If you switch on reminders, we send emails about your own deadlines. If you share your progress with a sponsor, you choose what they see through a link you control and you can turn it off. You can unsubscribe from reminder emails at any time.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you, and continuing to use the Service means you accept it.

11. Our liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on information or AI feedback in the Service, a missed deadline, an unsuccessful application, or an interruption of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the period in which the claim arose. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

12. Ending your access

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Payments are non-refundable; see our Refund Policy.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions or complaints: info@profoundeducational.com.
